Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-02 · Last updated 2 October 2026

The agreement between you and Resto. The Portuguese version governs.

1. Who we are

Resto is operated by COSMOBOTS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA, registered under CNPJ 31.415.500/0001-18, at Alameda Tietê, 471, apto. 82, Cerqueira César, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01417-020. Reach us at suporte@alltherest.world.

By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Portuguese version is the one that governs; this English text is for convenience.

2. What the service does

Resto is an AI co-founder. You describe what you need in plain language and autonomous agents plan the work, carry it out and follow the result. There are three ways to use it:

  • Install an open-source app from our catalog on your organization's server and let Resto keep it running, updated and backed up.
  • Build an app from scratch, with agents writing the code, running the checks and deploying.
  • Operate third-party systems you already use, with the credentials you connect.

Agents act without asking you to approve each step, within the autonomy settings you choose. Actions marked critical are proposed to you and run only after your approval.

3. AI output (read this one)

Code, text, analyses and deployments produced by Resto are generated by AI models. They are frequently useful and are not guaranteed to be correct, secure, complete or fit for any particular purpose. Automated checks reduce mistakes; they do not eliminate them, and they do not judge whether the result is the right product for your business.

You are responsible for reviewing anything Resto produces before it reaches your customers, your money, or other people's personal data.

Nothing Resto produces is legal, accounting, medical, tax or investment advice.

4. Your data, your code, your apps

What you send stays yours. What the agents produce for you, including code and content, is yours.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display and transmit that material, including to the model providers listed in the Privacy Policy, for one purpose: running the service for you.

You can export your data at any time. On termination we hand over a full export, including the database of any installed app.

You decide what data goes into Resto and into the apps installed for you, and how it is used. As with a cloud provider, Resto provides and operates the infrastructure and the tools; the content and how it is handled are your responsibility.

If that data includes sensitive personal data, such as health, biometric, religious data or data about children, it is up to you to have a legal basis for processing it, to inform the people concerned and to follow your sector's rules, such as those of professional councils. Resto processes that data as a processor, under the Data Processing Annex, and offers recommended settings that reduce what is collected. Whether to use them is your decision.

5. Catalog apps and partners

Catalog apps are third-party software. Each one is licensed by its own author, and the licence is shown on the app's page; Resto is neither the author nor the licensor.

  • Defects in the app are fixed by whoever develops it. Resto is responsible for installation, operation, version updates and backups.
  • When a partner has read access to your environment, in the guest role, it is shown on your members screen and you can revoke it at any time.
  • The app's database, attachments and settings are yours, and exportable.
  • Catalog apps are not certified for regulated records such as electronic health records. Compliance of your use with your sector's regulation is your responsibility.

6. Connected systems and agent actions

By connecting a third-party system you represent that you have authority to grant that access, and that use by agents does not breach that service's terms.

  • Agents act within the autonomy settings you choose, and every action is recorded for audit.
  • An action you approved counts as yours. Resto is responsible for carrying out the approved action as described, not for its business outcome.
  • Credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only at the moment of use, inside a task started by your account.
  • Disconnecting a system revokes the credential immediately.

On WhatsApp, the default is Meta's official API. If you choose an unofficial gateway from the catalog, the risk of Meta blocking your number is yours, and you confirm you understand it.

7. Plans and payment

Paid plans, their prices and what each includes are on the pricing page. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and confirm the payment.

Payments are processed by Asaas, by Pix, Pix Automático, boleto or credit card. The card is entered on Asaas's payment page; we never see your card number. We issue a service invoice (NFS-e) for every payment.

A subscription renews at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until you stop the renewal on the billing page; the plan continues until the end of the period already paid. With Pix Automático, your bank debits each renewal on its due date under the authorization you gave, which you can cancel at your bank or on the billing page.

If a payment is not made, we notify you before and after the due date. From 15 days overdue the organization's apps are suspended; from 60 days, after a final notice, the organization's data may be deleted, keeping the records tax law requires.

Third-party services you contract yourself, such as your Meta account, a domain or an email provider, are paid by you directly to them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Resto to:

  • Do anything illegal, or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Send bulk or unsolicited messages, or anything that breaches the rules of a connected platform.
  • Host or process content you have no right to use.
  • Attempt to reach another organization's data, environment or apps.
  • Resell the platform as your own service without a written agreement with us.
  • Circumvent technical, plan or licence limits of the installed apps.

We may suspend access for a breach, with prior notice where notice is possible.

9. Availability, backups and changes

We offer no availability guarantee during the launch period. We monitor the platform continuously and act on failures, and outages can still happen.

We take daily backups. Backups of the apps installed for your organization are kept for 14 days, and the platform database supports point-in-time recovery. We rehearse restores. Even so, keep your own copy of anything critical to you.

We may change or discontinue features. When a change affects your use, we tell you.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, with no warranties beyond those the law requires.

Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the event. If you paid nothing, the limit is R$ 500. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity or indirect damages.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that Brazilian law does not allow to be limited, including those under the Consumer Code.

11. Termination and export

You can close your account whenever you want. We hand over an export of your data and delete what we hold within 30 days; backups expire on their own cycles, also within 30 days.

We may end the agreement for a breach of these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. On discontinuation we give 30 days' notice and guarantee the export.

12. Changes, governing law and venue

The version and date at the top of this page say which text is in force. We announce relevant changes, and material changes require acceptance again.

Brazilian law applies. The venue is the courts of São Paulo/SP. If you are a consumer, you may sue Resto where you live.
